Lean into your true self. Shameless Gen-Z is a weekly group that meets at CT Dance Conservatory in Stratford, CT. This group is guided by Amy Vales, a 37 year old therapist who loves hanging out with Gen-Zers (is that weird?). This is a judgement free, creative, and fun space for us to gather and grow. Think laid back, think drawing/painting together, think walks in nature, think meaningful conversation, think showing up authentically. Come connect with your community and grow in relationship. I promise its not going to feel weird and it might actually get you a few new friends.
