Shameless Gen-Z is a weekly group that meets at CT Dance Conservatory in Stratford, CT. This group is guided by me, Amy Vales. I'm a Millennial therapist who loves hanging out with Gen-Zers (is that weird?). This is a judgement free, creative, and fun space for us to gather and grow. Hear me on this, this is NOT a therapy group. This is more laid back than that. Think drawing/painting together,  think walks in nature, think meaningful conversation, think showing up authentically. Come connect with your community and grow in relationship. I promise its not going to feel weird and it might actually get you a few new friends. Suggested age range for this group is 22-29.
