Expressions of Post-Election Grief

Join us for an evening dedicated to those impacted by the 2024 election results. Guided by licensed therapist, Amy Vales, we’ll create a space to honor our collective grief, validate each other’s experiences, and find strength and hope to face tomorrow.

Through gentle discussions we will work together to acknowledge the pain of today while envisioning a future rooted in peace and progress. This event is for those experiencing feelings of fear, sadness, or anger and needing space to process their emotions.

This is not a forum for debate but rather a sanctuary for healing, reflection, and support. All are welcome to join us in an atmosphere of compassion, where vulnerability and courage come together to foster healing and hope.
